干粉吸入剂（DPI）的APSD空气动力学粒径分布

DPI的空气动力学粒径分布将决定气溶胶 微细粒子吸入后可能的沉积位置。 如果微细粒子太大，则会卡在咽喉后部。 微细粒子太小，则被呼出而不是沉积在体内。 多级撞击器是测量DPI产品的APSD是否满足 法规和药典要求的首选仪器， 有五种不同的多级撞击器适合评估APSD， 但美国药典和欧洲药典只提及 了安德生多级撞击器(ACI)， 新一代撞击器（NGI） 和多级液体撞击器(MSLI)。
