水雾喷雾吸入制剂（ADI）的APSD

ADI的空气动力学粒径分布将决定液滴气溶 胶微细粒子吸入后可能的沉积位置。 如果微细粒子太大， 则会卡在咽喉后部。微细粒子太小， 则被呼出而不是沉积在体内。 多级撞击器是测量ADI产品的APSD 是否满足法规和药典要求的首选仪器， 有五种不同的多级撞击器适合评估APSD， 但美国药典和欧洲药典只提及了安德 生多级撞击器(ACI)， 新一代撞击器（NGI）和多级液体撞击器 (MSLI)。
